my period is 14 December at the morning (11 December), had red spots could mean that I am pregnant? I took a 9th December pregnancy test was negative.

Red Location is not an indication one way or another. You may have your period. Maybe you have some spotting of implantation. But some women actually an easy time even if she is pregnant.
The best thing to do is repeat the test once again. Many home pregnancy tests at home should be an accurate result in this phase of the cycle.
