Well, episode 55 of Dragon Ball GT Vegeta and sorta dedicated to Bulma. I mean, they are the main target group of this episode (since Bulma is working on a machine that converted into SSJ4 Vegeta in this episode can). Vegeta also a flashback of his life in this episode.
DBZ is not a kind of romance anime! So, no DBZ characters never show affection for others! Vegeta is the last person who displays or Soft Things Kissy Kissy! Bulma dose, but love as his tough guy!
No hugs or kisses, that I could remember in DBZ, but I think there are some scenes (a private life did not have sex)
